Paying up front
One payment for the bay, delivered and assembled. For some members and clubs that is the simplest way to do it.
Final pricing depends on the number of bays, the site, layout, groundwork, options and installation. Paying up front, a regular rate, or a rental or lease arrangement are all being explored — the structure that suits is worked through with the club, and none is promised in advance.

A payment up front for the build and then a regular rate per bay, or a rental or lease arrangement, may suit others better. Which of these is available depends on the club and the project.
Whether the club carries it or members pay for their own bay is decided with the club. The final commercial structure is agreed as part of the project, not assumed up front.
Where a club chooses a regular rate, a payment up front usually covers the work that happens once, and the rate carries the rest.
Site work is priced for each course on top of the bays themselves.
| Included | Frame, cladding, roof, flashings, roller door, lock and two keys |
|---|---|
| Delivered and assembled | Delivery to the course and full assembly on site by our crew |
| Payment structure | Up front, a regular rate, or a rental or lease arrangement — whichever is agreed with the club |
| Colour | Any colour in the standard Colorsteel range, including a two-tone wall and trim |
| More bays | A larger row generally brings the cost per bay down |
| Priced separately | Power fit-out, window, clear roof panels, shelving, automatic door kit |
| Wind and snow upgrades | Very High Wind Zone and 2 kPa snow kits, where the site calls for them |
| Quoted, not listed | Pricing depends on the number of bays, site, layout, groundwork, options and installation, so it is set out in writing for the club — nothing is estimated off a web page |
One option is for the club to hold the row and charge members for the use of a bay. Members pay nothing to get in, the row stays under the club's control, and the warranty is in the club's name.
How members are charged is the club's decision. We work through the detail with the committee as part of the proposal.
None of this is financial advice, and no particular finance, rental or lease structure is guaranteed. The club's accountant should see the written proposal before the committee votes.
Register your interest and tell us how you would rather pay. We use that to shape the options we work through with your club.
